1. Eligibility:

- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

- Employees and immediate family members of Beachside Bike Rental are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Method:

- Participants can enter the giveaway by renting a Lectric e-bike from Beachside Bike Rental for a minimum of one hour. Each rental equals one entry.

- Entries can also be submitted by individuals who provide their information on the Beachside Bike Rental website. However, only those who have rented a Lectric e-bike will be included in the raffle.

3. Giveaway Item:

- The Lectric e-bike being given away is a pre-owned model from Beachside Bike Rental's rental fleet.

- The winner will receive the e-bike in its current condition, and Beachside Bike Rental will make reasonable efforts to ensure it is in optimal mechanical condition.

4. Repairs and Maintenance:

- The winner will receive 30 days of free mechanical repairs for the Lectric e-bike, starting from the date of the giveaway announcement.

- After the initial 30 days, the winner is responsible for all repairs, adjustments, and upgrades to the e-bike and must pay for any services rendered by Beachside Bike Rental.

5. Liability Release:

- By participating, each entrant releases Beachside Bike Rental, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the awarded e-bike.

6. Giveaway Determination:

- The winner will be announced by Beachside Bike Rental when the desired financial goals for the giveaway have been met. The minimum number of entries required for the giveaway to proceed is 30.

7. Modification of Terms:

- Beachside Bike Rental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time based on objectives, results, and abilities without prior notice.

8. General Conditions:

- The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

- Beachside Bike Rental reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
