1. Eligibility:

- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

- People outside of the United States will not be able to participate.

2. Entry Method:

- Participant must reserve online at any of our 3 locations websites

- Order net total must be $100 per order excluding sales taxes to enter once.

- A minimum of 10 reservations across our 3 locations must be placed between July 4th to July 7th in order to announce a winner.

- Orders that are refunded for any amount lower than the minimum of $100 or cancelled will revoke their right to participate in this giveaway.

3. Giveaway Item:

- A single Retrospec Chatham Beach Cruiser Single Speed. Frame style depends on winner's preference. It can either be a step-through or a step-over. The winner will be announced sometime in July. The specific date is to be determined.

4. Repairs and Maintenance:

- The winner will be covered by Retrospec's warranty.

- Beachside Bike Rental is not responsible for any damages when bike is delivered to the winner.

5. Liability Release:

- By participating, each entrant releases Beachside Bike Rental, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the awarded e-bike.

- Participants will need to fill out a release of liability waiver at the shop or online when booking ahead of time. They will also adhere to this release of liability waiver and all of the terms highlighted on this form.

6. Giveaway Determination:

- The winner will be announced by Beachside Bike Rental when the desired financial goals for the giveaway have been met. The minimum number of entries required for the giveaway to proceed is 10 and $100 minimum order net value excluding sales taxes and fees across all of our 3 locations.

7. Modification of Terms:

- Beachside Bike Rental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time based on objectives, results, and abilities without prior notice.

8. General Conditions:

- The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

- Beachside Bike Rental reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

- Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else other than the item in this giveaway as explained above.

- These T&Cs apply to Ride It Baby Bikes, Beachside Bikes MB, and Beachside Bike Rentals & Repairs.
